A: Resting indicates a lack of power available to the Classic OR the battery is at or above the target charge voltage. Check the target voltage in the tcomp menu make sure battery is at least a few tenths below this.
Go to the 3rd Status page; reads Voc in lower left corner.
Verify you have VOC on the display that is at least 133% of the
actual battery voltage at that time.
Verify the charging mode is correct for the source as well as the
“Mode” is on
